I could not recommend Call Us First Inspections more! Don’t buy a home before Robb and his team have seen it! Not only did they complete the inspection within 24 hours of us calling to schedule, but they brought 3 inspectors, did an extremely thorough job and finished within 2 hours. During the inspection each team member talked through what they were seeing and helped us to understand what everything meant. We will never not use Robb and his team!

Scott Hill DON'T CALL HIM FIRST LLC. He is an absolute NIGHTMARE!!!! He has a chip on his shoulder probably from middle school. He pulls up with knee pads, elbow pads, headlamp, and puts orange cones out in front of my small condo, where he proceeds to conduct the worst inspection I have ever seen. He took pictures of my clothes in the washer, took pictures of my belongings and noted that they were there????? WTH???? He commented on cosmetic issues, knit picked everything from A-Z that had

I had an outstanding experience with Scott and Call Us First Inspections, who went far above and beyond what companies seem to do these days. I called Call Us First because I thought I needed a home inspection; however, after listening to my issue, Scott quickly gave me excellent information including a reference to a company that could assist me. And, he took the time to do this while he was on a job! When I do need inspection services this will be the company I will use!
