We hired Dan to inspect a house we were under contract to purchase and WOW was he thorough! He spent 5 hours going over every inch of the property and oversaw additional sewer scope and radon testing. He even pulled out a drone to get an amazing view of the roof. His report was very in depth but still very easy to follow. Unfortunately, we did not end up purchasing the house; however, we will definitely be hiring Dan again when we go under contract on another house.

We have used Call Home Inspection for 3 homes and are happy with Dan and Dave's attention to detail. The documentation they provide has been helpful in negotiating with sellers, and they are great at educating the buyers during the inspection process.
