We purchased our Napoleon gas fireplace from California Mantel and Fireplace several years ago and had a good experience. We haven’t had it serviced regularly and some of the features were not working so we scheduled a service call. Quinn came out to do the service. What a terrible company!! I will not recommend anyone to come to the Anaheim location, this place deserves 0 stars if I could give it. You can easily tell the sales people and the staff don’t care about their customers. Every single person in that building is rude and just want to sell anything to me. I’m a contractor and I’ve had to request parts and fireplaces through here but I did not purchase. I highly advise everyone to go to another fireplace showroom in Orange County! You’ll do yoursel
