Very professional from start to finish from the scheduler to the two technicians who checked and cleaned my gas fireplace. The technician was very knowledgeable, informative and thwy protected my hardwood floors, and wore botties. The older gentleman had a young assistant wirh him, I noticed how generous he was in sharing his extensive knowledge and experience with the assistant, I think it speaks volumes about his character.
