Sam is an absolutely outstanding gentleman and business owner. Our neighbor was having their new home lawn put in today and our backyard looked horrible from a different landscaping company that put our lawn in this spring. I jokingly asked his workers if they could fix our horrible looking yard while they were at it, and was told I had to "ask the boss". The workers ran into my neighbor's gas meter with a loader (aka bulldozer), resulting in it rotating 90 degrees. However, they continued to operate the loader (which can act as an ignition source) near the damaged gas meter and likely gas leak. More importantly, they failed to call it into the utility company. The likelihood of a gas leak inside the neighbors house was very high. They did not notify the owners, who were inside of this potential gas leak. As I'm sure you have seen on the news, ga
