Gutter on house looks good but downspout was left draining in the middle of the patio, which we had discussed going to end of patio to street. It was explained in the beginning that the patio sinking was the reason for the gutters. Called to see if he had a longer piece in his shop. Not helpful at all. We have spent the afternoon looking for a piece that is longer which has been difficult since it's 3x4. Should of been a heads up in the beginning when he wouldn't return our three phone call
