I am disappointed that they only identified “the loudest leak” and left before the two hours were up. I was told that having the technician come back would mean a new visit and a new service charge despite it being for the same area. So basically they only identify the loudest noise ignore the other smaller noises. They should have identified all areas of potential leaks.
