This company is the pits. I made the mistake of double ordering 2 cabinet doors because I never received email confirmation of the first order and assumed it hadn't been placed. I subsequently cancelled the first order and requested a refund. It has been 3 weeks, calling everyday but no refund. As for the order, no one can tell me if or when I might receive it. It has been more than a month since I placed the second order. They keep saying it is "in production" with no ship date yet. I
