We worked with CA Bear to remodel a big chunk of our 100+ year old house, including knocking down some walls to create a modern kitchen and adding a half bath. We hired CA Bear Construction following the recommendation of good friends. Our friends had done the research for us, and we saw the outstanding job CA Bear did on their ADU. Our project was a major remodel, which included expanding the second floor of our house eight feet across the existing outside house walls to enlarge the primary bedroom and create a covered balcony accessible from both the primary and secondary bedrooms.
