You may see all these 5 star reviews elsewhere, but it doesn’t reflect their work. Red flags, and nothing but regrets working with Chris. Came to the house a gave me a quote. Shared his knowledge on waterproofing, which fairly aligned with other contractors/quotes that I got. Red flags that I should have considered more. Low quality materials are used. The sump pump that was used for my system has no battery backup. If I had a chance to do it all over again, I would have went with Indiana Fou

Chris was very knowledgeable and very helpful! Glad to see my basement no longer gets water inside after heavy rains! Would definitely recommend!

We had terrible water leakage in our basement for years. Water came in at the base of the walls in multiple places. We thought it would be impossible to fix without tearing up the finished family room area. After hearing from a friend how Chris King fixed their leaking, similar to ours, we called Chris and we are so thankful we did. His plan had minimal drilling of our unfinished floor and they did a great job of keeping mess to a minimum. We can't say enough good things about this experience.

My agent referred me to these people to get an estimate on some foundation issues. They sent me a questionnaire with 28 questions on it before they’d schedule the appointment. I pushed back and they responded with “we’re not interested.” I’m not here to do their job for them and I don’t like my time wasted. Don’t do business with them unless you’re prepared to jump through their hoops.

Chris and team waterproofed my basement several years ago and I am just now getting around to review. Chris personally inspected the work once complete and we have had no issues in our basement since. Great company and quality work!
