My well abruptly stopped working this morning, I contacted Burgess and they had someone out within a half our. The guys were polite and funny but knew what they were doing and had the issue fixed quickly. Thanks for the quick response and the quality work.

Had an incident with FerrellGas today where one of their drivers backed in to our well house and damaged our well pretty good. My husband called Burgess and told them the story and how FerrellGas is taking full responsibility and fully prepared to pay for the work to fixed our well. To have had a well dug over 3 years ago and to just now receive a bill saying we have 15 days to pay is ridiculous. We called and called multiple times trying to see what we owed and never were given an answer. They didn’t even finish it so we ended up having to finish it ourselves. We have no idea about how deep it is. I would NOT use this company. Communication is not a skill that they have.
