Our technician, Stephen (Matt), was great, helped identify what we thought were black widows as actually false black widows. He still checked and cleaned off all our pool items for us and was even careful not to harm some cute tree frogs before spraying the shed. Got it done quickly and we now feel at ease hosting a pool party without worrying about black widows. Bulwark was easy and responsive, I recommend!
