Bullfrog as a company, and all the folks we've had the privilege of working with on installing and maintaining our A9L, have just been fantastic! Loving our spa!! One year + update. We've had two Bullfrog spas. First one had Ozone and EOS systems, but still struggled to keep foam down and chems in line. Second one, the A9L we purchased just over a year ago has Ozone and now the AOP system. Whoa! That AOP has made a world of difference. No foam EVER since we put this one in service. Chem

The buying and delivery of the spa was great. However there is a problem and the spa is leaking where half of it drained in one day. It took them more than 3 days to get back to me when I told them there was a problem. They want us to wait weeks for service a new hot tub which we can’t use. I feel that is very bad service for a repeat customer.
