Bill Pongnon arrived when he said he would. The job was completed in a very professional workmanlike manner. He took the time to quote us for additional work we thought about while he was there. We are very satisfied and will be using him again.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Bill Pongnon is a thief. Bill Pongnon did work on my home, more specifically the brick stairs at the front entrance of my home. I sent him pictures of the disaster and Bill Pongmon assured me on a phone call and via a saved text messages. I also sent Bill pictures of the disasterious work done. I even emailed him a copy of the signed agreement which stated his warranty. Bill Pongnon ignored all of my communication. He is a thief and should not be allowed to do business
