The five stars is for my technician! He is great and the reason why I don't quit the service. The rest of the company is difficult to get in touch with.

My technician is a gentleman named Roy. In the past, I’ve had many technicians, but I have never had someone so professional that takes such pride in his job! It goes without saying, but in the over a year that he has been my technician we’ve had no bugs. He’s thorough, he checks in with me to see if I need anything and he just does ann all around fantastic job. As long as he’s with Buggout, I’m with Buggout!

Roy is always great to work with! Friendly and helpful! He goes above and beyond.
