This is our third installation from Budget Blinds of the White Mountains and all have been a good result. I will say this most recent time we were having some issues with the local office, but I was put in touch with the district manager, Jim Barquin, in Flagstaff. Mr. Barquin took immediate action and we had our installed blinds two days later. We especially love the motorized blinds! That is top shelf customer service. We recently had 14 shutters installed in our Payson home. The whole process from ordering to installation was smooth. Communication was great - Laitham came to our home and personally measured the windows. The order was placed in March. By June he, and his wife Taralyn, had the large order installed in one day. They were well organized and efficient. Great warranty - Christmas in June for us. Highly recommended.
