The inspector Josh Reyes was very professional and helpful throughout the entire inspection process, he called me prior to arriving to property to let me know his name and ask me if I had any concerns/questions. After the inspection, he summarized and explained me all his finds. I received the detailed report, as he promised, the same evening. I highly recommend Bryan & Bryan Inspections!!!!
