Work looks great! I had to take off a star because they were 2hrs late and then one because 1 of the guys left for 2hrs to get “the right screws & a ladder”…while the helper struggled here on his own. It was also never explained to me when I called for a cleaning that an inspector/ supervisor had to come out first then the actual cleaning would take place another day. They were very nice and knowledgeable. Could just be a little more Professional. I guess the true test will be when the next
