I called Brown on Monday, May 4th. The lady took my info and said Ken will call me. Later that day Ken called and discussed my tree issue with me and said that he will come out the next day (Tuesday). I told him that it would have to be before 4 pm and he said he would come before that. I reorganized my day and waited for him. He never showed up. He didn't call me. He didn't text me. How can someone do that? Especially if they want my business. I am really disappointed by this treatment.

Ken was excellent to work with. Browns Tree Svc was very prompt & efficient. Ken knew exactly what was wrong with our existing maple tree & what tree to replace it with. We received quote the same day and his crews were here 4 days later to do the project. His crews (removal & tree replacement) were knowledgeable, considerate, & extremely clean. I definitely recommend Browns Tree Svc.

Called and spoke with someone 2 times. Both times person said they would come out “today or tomorrow” and never bothered to come out. Just say you don’t have time. Not understanding how this company has any decent reviews.
