Spec home I saw had poor design planning, bathroom doors were off for showing, due to the architectural defects in design, doors in way crowding space. For a house representing your BEST showcase to get folks to purchase in this subdivision, I felt representation lacked thorough planning,I saw future drainage issues, which I brought up to realtor and folks are having plumbing issues of an unknown kind already, my plumber has to go out & fix toilet issue on a new build..
