A year ago I had my insert fireplace installed with Bromwell's. I waited a year to give a good assessment after using the new insert for a winter. Bromwell's coordinated with moving the gas line and electrical box in the fireplace. Truly excellent experience with this company, especially Caleb (sales) and Salvadore (installer) on a Fireplace X insert. I shopped around and Bromwells had the best pricing by far. ChatGPT also confirmed this. Caleb answered a long list of questions very competently, and with no pressure. They were even able to get it installed weeks ahead of schedule in time for the holidays. Prescott had Elvis come back today to make repairs to the previous job that had been done with Bromwell. We are much happier with how it looks now. I can’t say enough good things about Elvis and his level of attention to detail. Mr. Prescott has been checking in making sure that we are happy with the results and trying to take care of us much better the second time around!
