We had these EZE Breeze windows installed in our sunroom when we built our home 5 years ago. We are so happy with them. They are so easy to clean. They let so much sun in. No issues with rain and wind. Caulking looks like new. We have nothing negative to say about them. I had to convince my husband to buy them; he is a supporter of them now. They are wonderful addition to our sunroom.

I have tried to contact this company for 3 weeks and no response. I went on Fb and sent a message. The reply from AI bot. We will be contacting you shortly. I have called and attempted to get a response..nope. If this is how the operate as a business can you imagine their customer service??
