Said they were coming “sometime” within the next week. Have ZERO communication and I never have any idea what they put on our lawn because they don’t leave a note, email, or anything. The only reason we knew they came is because there were white pellets everywhere. Especially around our daughter’s playhouse, which is turf, so definitely shouldn’t be there.

They did great 2 years ago. Did not return this year's calls.

Our previous lawn company recommended Brio after they could no longer continue our service. Brio Turf has been incredibly unprofessional. We had to ask our previous company to contact them as we could never get in touch with them to set up service. Once we did talk to them they showed up unannounced one day for spot weed treatment. A few days later the owner text asking if he could come out to do fertilizer and I told him yes. He never showed up that day and did not respond to any text messages
