Multiple switches failed almost immediately. For a brand that positions itself as premium, the reliability is shockingly poor.
Customer Service: Frustrating and inefficient
Getting support has required excessive back-and-forth, unnecessary steps, and delays. What should be a simple resolution process feels unnecessarily complicated.

Nearly half of the switches I purchased were defective. Not minor issues — nonfunctional units. For a company positioning itself as a premium smart home solution, that level of product failure is inexcusable.
My contractor and licensed electrician both commented on how unusual it is to see this many failures in a single order. That alone should say something about the quality control.
