DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH YASIN Alkowni! Yasin is a charming young man. We relied on his advice and spent thousands for home audio and smart home equipment through his Brightsmart company--and then Yasin disappeared on us. He has not responded to phone calls, emails or texts. The equipment is not fully set up and we now have to hire someone else to do the work Yasin was contractually obligated to do. Buyer beware!

The completed work was poor quality. We ended up with an extra wall hole covered by plate. The 2 plates are not even with the electrical jack and both are not even level with each other. The ending price was $200 more than the bid. The customer service after install is horrible. They are trying to brush us off. Not scheduled to come out until 2 weeks after original install.
