We hired these contractors for a 45 square foot bathroom re-do in a home for a tenant. The original estimate of time came in at 4 weeks. Once that deadline was obviously going to pass, I was told the contract stated they would have 45 business days. First, the contract said nothing about the amount of time. Secondly, it still took longer. While the work was good, the tenant needed a taller toilet installed. They agreed to take care of it if we purchased the toilet. We did, I reached out to them
