I initially rated this company 5 stars, but that changed after issues started showing up less than 9 months later — a leaking shower and cracked grout. It’s under a 1-year warranty, yet it’s been over a week with no action or clear response. Very disappointing to have problems this soon and to be left waiting for a fix.

I hired Bridge Point Construction to assist with a large basement remodel project. Omar helped me to get the plans drawn up and work through permitting and approval, then he managed all of the drywall installation and taping/mudding/sanding. The crew really did a great job, and the walls and ceiling turned out looking great. Omar was a great communicator, and stayed on top of timing for this project.
