Really poor customer service from the start. Spoke with David, who planned things very last minute and seemed to just "squeeze" us into the schedule. Crew showed up, made repairs and left a large mess. Called David to see why they left such a mess and let him know we had cash for payment that we wanted to hand deliver to him. He said he would send the crew by the next day to clean up and he would come by to pick up payment. Crew came by and "cleaned" but their was a significant mess that we had

I've had the pleasure of using Brick Experts for repair work, repointing, and installation of a new retaining wall. They provided excellent customer service, and were responsive to my concerns and requests. Eli's team did outstanding work on the retaining wall, and the wall is beautiful. I am very pleased with their work and would definitely use them again.

They were great. Fixed our leak and matched the mortar really well. It blends awesome with the existing mortar. Definitely recommend.
