Never showed back up to finish work. Used our credit card as a personal ATM. Tried to text, emai, andl call. Wouldn't return my calls for 2-3 months. Had an appointment with Brian Scroggins in July 28th and he needed to reschedule. No big deal. We rescheduled for 9am the next morning. 9:45am he called and wanted to reschedule again. He wanted to come between 11-12 but I explained to him we had other appointments and that 11am would be the latest I could do that day. He said “ok see you at 11”. He never showed, never called. We specifically needed a repair and leak test for a real estate closing and shared that up front. The work Brian did was fine but we could not get a professional invoice or documentation from him and so ended up paying again, for another plumber to redo this work so as not to jeopardize closing. Very frustrating.
