I have used Brewer Inspection Services on two occasions. They scheduled an inspector within 48 hours after I submitted my request. There was no 'upselling' of inspection services. The inspector, Gordon Guffey, was on time, thorough, professional, did not rush the inspection, and ensured I was clearly informed of his findings as he made them. I will definitely recommend their services and hire them in the future.
