I give Brewer a 5 for the tile floor and carpet. The installation was also a 5. The issue I have is one of their cleanup policies. There isn't one! So, I give them a 1. I am a 75-yr old disabled vet, and when I asked about cleanup, was told they do not clean or have a service that does this. It would be my responsibility to get someone in to remove the 1/2 of dust caused by their crew when the demoed my previous ceramic floor which is now all over my house. WOW! I was really surprised. They left
