I had a furnace and heat pump installed from Brennan in 2018..I get a call the day of the installation and the salesperson said the heat pump that was sold to me was not in the warehouse..He promises me an upgrade..The heat pump they bring out is for a big commercial building..I was told later by another HVAC company ...this heat pump and furnace will turn on and off more than a normal heat pump which is when the most wear of a system is caused..Brennan also installed a furnace at a rental pro

Pathetic customer service. Their technician was supposed to arrive between 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm. No one ever showed up. I called at 3:00 pm to check and they mentioned the technician will be there in 20-30 minutes. Even got a text and an email that the technician will be home soon. But again no one showed up. Stay away from Brennan for any HVAC work, their service is very poor
