Denis was professional, friendly, competent, and very patient with me while working out a backyard pipe/irrigation valve issue. After completing his work, he instructed me when and how best to turn the house water back on, what to look for with the repair job, and let him know of any problems. So far, so good; we will call him/Bravo again if we have any future plumbing needs.
