I contacted this business to repair a deadbolt that would not rotate. I provided both videos and photos of the issue in advance. Despite this, the technician arrived and spent less than two minutes at the door before stating he would not be able to fix it. He then attempted to "fix" a secondary issue, which seemed to make things worse. I hired a different locksmith from a different company who resolved the deadbolt issue flawlessly. It’s clear the first technician lacked the necessary expertise
