Pros - They did come out quickly & didn't insist on me replacing the garage door opener. Cons - Communication wasn't good (kinda pushy), plus I paid more than expected as an additional "service charge" Initially, things went well, they came over quickly, and said the garage door could not be fixed and needed to be replaced. I was closing my garage door and it would stop closing and then open back up. Then I notice that it slightly buckling in the mid-section of the garage door. I called Bravo Garage Repair for help.
