I do IT/Computer Support work and many of my customers use Bravas for their Audio-Visual needs, so I quite often get a chance to work with the Bravas folks. They are a Class Act of people. When working with Dave R. to answer a question (which he always knows the answer) or schedule a technician to come on site to resolve an issue, he is always super quick to engage and if he is in the middle of something else - he always calls back promptly.
