Used Bravas for my North Texas home, was a large project. The up front sales person was ok and attentive. In the end though we were oversold equipment/solutions, it wasn't ever properly configured (e.g. Lutron) and the post sales follow-up was very fragmented and poor while our sales person moved on to selling more equipment to new customers. Even to this day, we never got our permanent Lutron plates and have old paper or nothing at all, not would you would expect for a high six-figure account.

If you live in Highland Park or University Park, there are more qualified firms to use. Disappointed with our installation process and coordination.
