We had our townhouse built 13 years ago by Heartland Homes and Brace Flooring was the flooring sub contractor. We met with them several times to discuss materials and installation. I specifically asked them about using Hardi or cement board as an underlayment for their tile. They repeatedly told me it wasn’t necessary, they were professionals and knew what they were doing. We had a townhome built in 2020. Brace flooring was sub-contracted to install our bathrooms. We wanted Earth-tones and terra cotta colors. The Brace Flooring consultant convinced us to install imitation marble. This was a huge mistake! I regret this decision every time I walk in to our bathroom! I think they were trying to unload inventory. Extremely disappointed!

Needed a small carpet repair. Tried a couple other outfits they came and looked at it and never returned. When over on Tuesday to visit this place and show him what I needed done the installer showed up today and completed the repair with no problems whatsoever. Recommended outfit primarily on the service that I receive for getting the repair. You have the rest of their work is as good as what I've got here I have no reason to give them anything other than the five stars.
