Excellent service in every way: 1. They showed up when they said they would, 2. Installation was quick and thorough, 3. They vacuumed up the area after finishing installation, 4. Great price, 5. Pleasant and polite individuals. I highly recommend!

I booked an appointment between 12pm and 2pm on a Friday and they never came. When I called to inquire, they said the technician's truck broke down and they would call me by the end of the day to reschedule the appointment. It's now three days later and they still haven't called.
