Don’t waste your time. Disorganized. No one monitoring lines or priority in line. Missed two boats. Only had two boats running on a Saturday.

We bought an unlimited pass and took the boat from ICA to east boston Lewis mall. But when we tried to return after many calls they said they couldn’t pick us up where they dropped us off (and shouldn’t have dropped us off there originally). The nearest other stop was a 20 minute walk so we wound up taking an Uber back to the ICA. I think the company owes us our uber fare of $25

The captain of the boat said when I called that he was coming in 10 minutes and was over 40 minutes. I hate when people lie to you. It just would’ve been nice if he was honest. Very horrible customer service.
