Very efficient communication, very clear on the charge, and a very friendly and courteous tech. He cleaned from the outside vent in, and tore the top of the vent tubing. As their terms do not include repairing any damage, I had to climb onto the dryer with duck tape to fix it. Also, the lint filter was absolutely jam packed with old lint after the first load so I assume that meant lint was left in the tubing by the bottom.
