He pumped the tank a month ago and the lid broke (not his fault) but there are septic people here now replacing the lid saying there is old sludge and A LOT of sludge at the bottom. …no where near fully pumped out. Not a chance I'd ever have him out again and he's apparently known for this, I'm now learning.

Andy really went out of his way to help with an issue I was having. Will always use them in the future.
