4/26/26 We had a semi-annual service check today and we were very impressed with Technician Marcus. Marcus serviced our two HVAC units with professionalism and confidence. Poor communication with the scheduling service with tenants of rental properties. They will only provide information and a schedule with the rental property, despite the property manager sending a written request for the tenant to schedule directly with the vendor. They did not fix my AC and its getting hot soon.

We had to have our third floor HVAC system replaced and William and Christian were wonderful! Came right on time and worked very hard and were friendly and courteous. Cleaned up everything. Such hard work also because it had to be 100° in the attic today. As always, Boer Brothers does an excellent job. Highly recommend.

Grayson was my tech and he was a young guy. However, very knowledgeable of his gift. He was on time, respectful, attentive, and communicated very well. For a 19 year old he was highly trained and it showed. He displayed a professional disposition and a willingness to ensure his customers would be pleased with his work. I am still in awe at the amount of work we received during our maintenance of our two HVAC units. The technician Grayson exceeded our expectations today. Job well done.
