I lost one of the keys to my brand new expensive E trike and I wanted to make a duplicate before I lost the second key. I went to two big box stores and they could not identify the blank because it wasn’t for a car it was for a battery and on off switch on a trike made in China so I got Bob‘s master safe and lock service. Spoke to Keith on the phone and in just a few minutes, he found the correct blank cut the key and I was out the door, very satisfied and he is my lock person from here on out.

They came to my house and took care of the new key.. They ran into a hickup though no fault of their own and still made sure I was good to go.. They are the way to go!
