We have been using Bob's for years. My appointment was scheduled quickly and Bob arrived on time within the morning 2 hour window. Scope of work was small but varied. We had the Master Bedroom and Office carpet cleaned in addition to a Stickley upholstered armchair and a 8'x10' rug in the living room. Bob was meticulous and took his time spot cleaning thoroughly. Job was completed in two hours and cost is close to the estimate over the initial phone call. We were very happy with the results.

Bob gave our carpeted staircase a new life after tenting our house, it needed a clean! We also had our sofa arms and family room rug cleaned as well. All was good! Will ask Bob to come back.

Bob is a real pro with over 40 years experience. Very delightful person, very nice to deal with, straight talker, and very knowledgeable. He charges a bit more, but undeniably better.
