I found BNJ Granite and Cabinets online and was impressed with their website. I read their history and noticed it is a family run business. After meeting and talking with them in person , I decided to purchase my granite from them. I went first to others, but felt BNJ was a better fit for me. I wish I could say I had a good experience. The countertops were beautiful. However about 5 weeks after they were installed, it cracked. I called Lou right away and he had the vendor/manufacture come and take a look. Turns out it tracked all the way through and couldn’t be repaired. It has to be replaced which was a big expense. After we learned this Lou stopped returning my texts and calls. I’ve gone to the shop and still no return phone call to say what can be done. I understand no one wanted
