Long overdue thanks to Will and Jack who did a fantastic job doing drywall repair on my ceiling as well as laundry room repair (including flooring replacement, wall painting, and removing/reinstalling laundry machines) after water damage. Slow to follow up. Cut wires to my security system. CPI spliced the wires together but cannot promise it is a lasting fix. If it fails, I have to replace system. Travelers said the cost was less than the original estimate which I paid the original amount plus my deductible to BMS but they contine to bill me which looking at the last invoice, they appear to owe me as my payment to BMS on the invoice is approximately $900 less than my check.
