Non existent customer service. I bought a new machine from them earlier this year that just had a wheel bearing/bushing fail. I cannot find the part number online so I have been calling them every day for the last week and their customer service number just goes straight to voicemail. I have not gotten a call back

They don't stand behind their warranties. Buyer beware. I have a stump grinder, the frame broke, they told me it must have fallen out of a truck. You can see that the machine was running at full throttle when it fell apart but they still denied the claim for new parts.
