Generally positive. Installer was professional and efficient. The only negative part of the experience was when the generator delivery was attempted by one person when three people were required to move it downhill to the back of the house and into place, resulting in an unacceptable delay of more than a week waiting for three people to become available. This was caused by a lack of communication between the salesperson and the installation crew.
