It all started with a phone call with Robert, who later came to our home to evaluate our problem/project. I didn’t find out later that Robert is management. Robert wanted his technician, Matt, to look at/evaluate our problem. Matt came out shortly after Robert left. My interaction with Robert was fantastical. Robert explained our options and why they were necessary very clearly and in terms I could understand. Robert left us with options and decisions to make. Then Matt arrived at our home. Matt

Blue Star Gas did a great job on service problem I had with my propane grill and fire pit. Their service technician Matt explained the issue and had all the right parts to fix the problem. The job looked great when he was finished and everything was back in place like new. It’s nice to see professionals at work knowing your getting a safe and secure job done the right way.

Wade was terrible. Promised me ultra competitive pricing and so I left the current propane company, only to get charged even more. After several phone calls saying he could fix it, he didn’t. He never called me back when he said. It was super disappointing. Going to have to find a new distributor for the third time, or go back to the first one.
